Title: Digital Sales Manager

Townsquare Media is a dynamic local media company that owns and operates radio assets, digital products and live event properties. We specialize in the creation and distribution of original entertainment, music and lifestyle content. Our assets include radio stations with companion websites in small to midsized markets and over 200 live music and non-music events nationwide.

We are searching for a Digital Sales Manager, in Bozeman, Montana, that will lead the monetization of all of our digital experiences in the market. The DSM will be accountable for all digital sales initiatives and revenue goals and will work closely with the Market Manager to create unique and valuable cross-platform programs to generate results for our clients and repeatable revenues. These digital initiatives include display, streaming, custom sites, loyalty programs, e-commerce, etc.

This position must possess the strong leadership ability necessary to support, coach and train account executives and the direct experience to participate in sales calls.

The person filling this position must have a thorough understanding of all digital products offered, and candidates must have proper experience selling digital media. This role will lead the local sales team in creating value and delivering results for our advertising partners while insuring a positive experience for consumers and overall brand. The position is also a resource for and consultant to our client base.

The DSM is also responsible for managing all digital sales activities including contract approvals, ad placement, trafficking, creative and digital sales reporting and must work cooperatively with Traffic/Billing coordinators, Brand Managers and Creative Services.

The position requires strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills with the presence to enhance overall digital revenues while motivating our sales department. Three years of digital, sales, and management experience is what we are looking for in the individual that fills this position.

Title: Live Events Coordinator

We are searching for a Live Events Coordinator, in Bozeman/Billings, Montana. The Live Events Coordinator will be the point person for all aspects of Townsquare Media’s live events business in Bozeman and Billings. This position will be based in Bozeman and involved in all aspects of each show/event in both markets.

The position will be responsible for the following:

All aspects of local coordination of Townsquare Media’s live events
Venue negotiation and contract process, coordination of setup and tear down
Vendor solicitation and booth sales
Talent research, booking and negotiation
Venue research, booking and negotiation
Managing local promotion/advertising for each event
Direct Implementation of all aspects of each show, including production advance, financial budgeting and management, and promotion
Contract review and negotiation with talent, venues, and promotional partners
Logistics management, including travel and catering

The position will report to the VP/General Manager of both markets, but will also work extensively with the corporate live events, based in Connecticut.

Job Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess one or more of the following:

3-7 years of experience in live event production (either from an agency, venue, production company, or tour concert/concert promoter
Proficient with MS Office Suite products including (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Existing relationships with local agencies and venues
Familiarity with cost management and show settlement procedures
Some production oversight experience (staging, sound & lights, pipe & drape etc.)
Eagerness to work hard, learn, and be part of a growing and fast-moving live events team

Townsquare Media is looking to hire a Managing Editor to oversee the
editorial operations of the company’s local sites in Billings including
the creation of digital content that is vital for the local community,
and the growth of the audience to that content.

Candidates must have experience in online editorial
with exceptional writing & editing skills.

The job requires the ability to focus under fast-paced pressure, and a
capacity for managing multiple tasks at once.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partner with teams of on-air talent to create compelling content for
the community, including text, photo, video & interactive
across the site, mobile & social media.

- Develop content based on audience demand & search data

- Top edit several posts and features a day

- Manage the calendar of content for the site

- Distribute the content across the web and grow the audience

- Monitor and analyze web statistics with the goal of improving
performance

- Utilize best practices for Search Engine Optimization and Social
Media to drive audience.
